We pursue leads, follow up and perform client intake, including direct phone contact with the potential client and entering their information into your case management software. We also draft and send engagement letters and retainer agreements, and set up appointments. Ongoing client management is available as well, including phone and email contact with clients regarding upcoming appointments and hearings, as well as the collection of discovery materials.
